This is a note from me to you.

One email a month (usually around the 2nd week of the month) from Jim Duncan - Charlottesville-area real estate analysis, real estate anecdotes, stories, and insight.

I blog, too, and this note is the best stuff I write. I write to real estate consumers and a lot of my current (and past and future) clients, and decidedly not to real estate people.
